Tree Top Walk

As part of our preparations for the trip, the students explored the Treetop Walk at MacRitchie Reservoir on 10 Sep 2014.

The Tree Top Walk is the highlight of several long hiking routes in the MacRitchie nature reserve.  The free-standing suspension bridge connects the two highest points of Bukit Peirce and Bukit Kalang in the MacRitchie nature reserve and offers a bird's eye view of the surrounding. The total length of the bridge is about 250m and its height from the forest floor varies, with the highest point at 25m.

Interaction and Bonding Session

The students from both schools met up for the first time on 9 Oct afternoon at Broadrick Sec.  The objective was for the students to get to know each other prior to the trip.  After some interaction activities, they were divided into their groups and went about to make the souvenir item which they would each present to their buddy over in the Hong Kong school.

This will be the channel for students and teachers to update our activities on a daily basis.

Currently, there is no cause for concern and the trip will be carried out as planned.  However, we will monitor the situation closely and update everyone in due course.
